We also took the advantage to celebrate a little gal's bdae on that day. This little gal is the dotter of a colleague. An adorable little princess. Knowing she loves yellow, we decide to decorate the place up a bit. We had yellow balloons tied with yellow ribbons and yellow table clothes! We even had two fellas dressed in yellow in honour of her! Such a yellow event!
The main highlight of the BBQ was still the pork belly. Should really try to add in pork belly as one of the bbq items next time. The fats bbqed to a nice crisp like roast meat you order from the duck/chicken rice stall. Absolutely heavenly. Yummz!!
Of cos we had the normal items like chicken wings, pork chop, pork ribs, portobello mushrooms, hot dogs, prawns, chinese cocktails sausages, crabsticks, corn and mashmallows. All prepared by BC himself! So impressive!! His chicken wings and pork chop were hot stuffs too!! Unfortunately, no beef this time round! :(! But the pork belly totally compensated for it! hehe!!
Look at the dark skys! It never fails to rain heavily each time we organise a BBQ. Thank goodness the weather always turn better after we get totally drenched. Geez!

The professional! Ready to start work! Told him we should really consider doing a bbq catering business! He not only marinates, he does the bbq himself! keke! All we have to do is sit and wait for food to be serve! Interested, anyone?

Tiramisu birthday cake from Crystal Jade Bakery. This cake was pretty good. Never really had cake from there before. Usually, jus buy the bread. Love the luncheon meat & egg bread from there though! Oh! & the cupcake like sponge cake! :)
